How To Get Trade Tokens in Clash Royale
What are Trade Tokens?
Used to trade cards with clanmates or the Trader NPC.
Four types exist, each matching a card rarity (except Champion cards).
Players can hold up to 10 tokens per rarity.
Obtaining Trade Tokens
Earn tokens from Global Tournaments and special Shop offers.
Collect tokens even if you haven't reached King Level 16 (trading unlocks at Level 16).
Using Trade Tokens with Clan mates
Access the Trade screen via the "Request Card" button.
Use a token to request a card of the matching rarity.
Offer the required cards in exchange:
Common: 250 cards
Rare: 50 cards
Epic: 10 cards
Legendary: 1 card
Cancel trades anytime before acceptance to recover your token and cards.
If you receive excess cards (beyond the maximum), they convert to Gold.
Trading with the NPC Trader
Use a token to trade with the Trader NPC.
Choose 1 of 3 preset cards to offer and receive.
Re-roll card options for 10 Gems.
Note:
Deals reset daily at midnight.
Epic trades appear only on Sundays.
Legendary trades require reaching Arena 7 or higher.
